TF: Prime commentary
So I sat down to watch it today finally while working on a million coat orders, and kept a running tab on my thoughts throughout. Here they are (of the first two episodes) in list format:

Older boy talking to younger boy behind tree:

AH FINALLY PRIME SAYS WHY THEY'RE THERE IT ONLY TOOK TWO EPISODES.
Also, I like that Prime keeps calling him AGENT FOWLER. Like 'Agent' is his first name.

Huh, really nothing to comment on for a while. The music is still amazing, Ratchet is still awesome, the kids are still annoying, and there's a fight scene. Woo.
Okay, so how come they can track Cliffjumper across the whole of the planet but no one senses the Autobots when they enter the mine?
What, the problem was that Ratchet wasn't using Linux?

Oh, hey, Megatron making a speech generally to nothing about his plans--actually, the second movie would have been a lot better this way!

WHAT YOU DO TO WATCH CARTOONS DUDE you don't have enough of a life to not. ....kind of funny that Bumblebee does, too.
Come to think of it, they kind of treat bee more like a pet than a member of the team.

Well.
From a scale of one to OMG THIS IS SO FREAKING AWESOME11!!!1!!!, this is pretty meh. The graphics are nothing spectacular, the voice-acting is pretty standard, the characters are pretty much what we have seen before.
However, for a transformers show, it has potential.
I mean, most of my comments were kind of negative, but I've got to keep in mind that this is a kid's show, and that not everything can be Beast Wars/Machines or TFA. I'll reserve my judgement. After all, I do really like the character DESIGNS, and as much as the kids piss me off (especially Miko PRIMUS and here I've always defended females in TF shows ugh) the robots are interesting enough to make up for them. I don't know that I'm going to get the depth I was hoping for out of these five episodes, but it looks like it's not going to be a travesty *cough-Armada.*
We'll see.
