How was Alice in Wonderland? I'm assuming that's the Tim Burton one. I have it in my Netflix instant queue, but I wasn't sure how I'd like this adaptation (although I loved SyFy's Alice mini-series).

I didn't mind Alice in Wonderland from Tim Burton. I was worried about it, because I thought it would sort of just be a lame adaptation of the original, but it's a completely different take and story. I really love HBC so she really made the movie for me and I also love the girl who played Alice (who was in The Kids Are Alright too) I thought it was visually stimulating but not the best I've ever seen, I thought some of the direction choices were questionable, but it's Burton so I took it as it was and as a Burton film, I enjoyed it.
