She's still in Houston - in an elevated boarded up one story brick home away from the flooding and far enough away from the surges.

One more reason she needs a new car, it wouldn't have made it. She was having problems trying to get out, it kept dying on her. She has plenty of water and food with the friends she is with. And she will be txting me until she loses cellphone service. I pray she doesn't lose it but I know she probably will because I'm freaking at the thought of not being able to know she is alright or not.
