1, 11, 18 are right. 2 is Catelyn Stark from Game of Thrones. 5 is actually Topher from Dollhouse, it's a description Claire used. And 7, that's a good guess! But it's Anne-Marie from All Dogs Go To Heaven. Charlie called her Squeaker. :)
