As some of you may not have known, Austin was suffering from a drought until Lynette and I got here. Since then it's rained. A lot. I have friends here who think I've got more than a little bit to do with that. While it would be gouch to take the credit, it wouldn't be much fun to disabuse them of the notion ( Read more... )

If you decide to come to the reunion, I'll probably be in a position to offer crash space (I've put in an application for a 3-bedroom apartment fairly close to LC so unless it falls through for some reason I should be in a good position to have guests again by then).

Yeah, I just got a new job in actual Portland for next year and rented a new place in SW so my BFE days are soon to be over! I am particularly excited about being able to drink in a non-smoking environment again.
