Ah, the wedding day

The reception hall for my son's wedding was decorated yesterday; I spent six hours on that with a crew of relatives and friends. Then we had the rehearsal, and then the rehearsal dinner. It was fine, even though my ex was there with his second wife. I've had trouble with his second wife in the past but that seems to be over. The hatchet she seems

Thanks. It was a great day. Magic just kept happening. I think my favorite thing was that the young couple just assumed we knew who said they'd be coming (hey, they were busy), so we were pleasantly surprised that many relatives on my Brian's side showed up. My in-laws and other relatives drove long distances to be there.

You want a laugh? I had no idea when my sister and brother were coming until my Richmond sis butt-dialed me (called via cell entirely by accident.) That was when I found out that my nephew was coming, and when I found out that my grandson unexpectedly able to attend, too!

Thanks for posting the wedding and the morning after. I know it took some effort and I appreciated reading about it, seeing a few photos. At long last, all the preparation is over...now you can come and help me declutter, stage the house, move to Long Island! :D
