What kind of swarm? I think I saw my first cicada last night. I hate cicadas, but they're better than love bugs...

THOUSANDS of tiny flying green bugs, they came into the house, attracted by the light in the foyer, we escaped briefly to go buy bug spray, and we killed those little &*^%$*^**%*%()(*&^$&^$***^&$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After looking on Wikipedia this morning, I think I can safely say that they weren't cicadas. Also, I'm wondering if we're getting cicadas this year...they say that 17-year-cicadas don't come to Tennessee and that the next 13-year swarm we're supposed to get won't come until 2011.

I have seen these bugs also! They are like tiny green flies. They're also disgusting in large quantities. I feel for you.
