The last three episodes of this season of Dr. Who feature CAPTAIN JACK HARKNESS, He Who Should Not Be Mentioned Without Many Many Capital Letters. The last three episodes had some good points, such as Captain Jack, but it also had some rather bad points. *sigh*

I got all burbly and excited, and forced hubby to watch with me, taunting him with "but the Master is coming back-- he's your favorite villain!" And then the Master came back as a flamboyant, arm-waving, completely unsatisfactory balding redhead of a villain. I feel like I should apologize to ol' hubbles for that.

I'm not familiar with earlier versions of the Master, but I liked the performance for this one. I didn't like the bit with going crazy as a child. Huh?
