The winner at the 2004 American Cheese Society conference in Milwaukee was Gran Canaria, a cheese made from a blend of cow, goat, and sheep's milk. The cheesemonger (and what more wonderful word is there than "CHEESEMONGER", I ask you?) said that 'the discerning palate would be able to note each of the three milks'.

I couldn't. So much for my palate.

But it was nummy!

hehe, cheesemonger that is so awesome. I like cheese, but most of the cheeses made around here are cheddar, which is good, but you really can't eat it all the time.
