Mardi Gras Parade

Fun times! We were lucky to score an invite to a rooftop party on Oxford St, so we had a great view. Unfortunately, being Mardi Gras n00bs, we initially arrived on the wrong side of Oxford St and had to trek the entire length of the parade route to get around to the other side, but it was worth it. Some of my favourites were all the green aliens

I went to the Madri Gras two years ago and it was awesome! I think my favorite float was a giant Kali one complete with drag queen bollywood dancers.n I remember I did eep a bit when I saw the furries. I'm all for tolerance and all that but yiffing? really?

Dude, that is so rad! I am jealous. It's so fantastic to see GLBT people coming together in this way. And what a view!
