One of the jobs I interviewed for was cancelled. Guess they decided they didn't need that position.

The other job was filled internally.

But the guy at the staffing company said that they did like me and I should try again in a couple of months.

We got turned down for the place we wanted to live in.

And I'm still sick.

One of the best jobs I found (the one I'm working in now) came after a disappointment. Good luck and give them hell.

both of these fill me with HATE for wasting my time and getting my hopes up. I had each of them happen to me multiple times while I was hunting over the last 6 years.

Question - are you signed up on Monster? Do you use it? It's how I got my perfect job. I was skeptical for a while, but it did get me a LOT of interviews (even if it didn't get me a lot of jobs). And, like I said, in the end it got me THIS job (which is PERFECT for me, and PERMANENT).
