Aye, mate, The Professor says only this batch'll be late. If 'twas anyone else we'd be fools not to find a new supplier, but Aye lad, this Seamus agrees.
'Tis understandable by all but those with no hearts then.
Aye, let's work to make SURE we're ok. Asked Hannah to sweeten the wait with a couple of free rentals....hope that's enough.

Seamus,
While I can definitely understand the delay, I am certain there are those awaiting orders that may not be so inclined. I will send letters out post haste. I can offer a free event rental if they needed the viewers within that time frame.
Another idea has come to mind, but I'm not sure of the licensing rights. When events are made available for the viewers who holds the distribution and viewing rights for new matches?

Hannah, lass, Aye, lass, we canst spare the two small viewers from Finnigan's for those whose feathers be too ruffled to smooth o'er. 'Til the next delivery the three prototypes in Finnigan's are all in the land, luv.
Future rights? We do, luv! For at least the next five years...
Aye, then, we didn't employ the likes o' Dean with his firm o' Thompson, Bingley and Blake for naught luv. Maybe 'tis not too soon to be negotiatin' with other Leagues and other sports, then? Right, we'll try for other magical events that may appeal as soon as we're able.
Thanks Hannah lass. Your talent for customer service is much in demand and appreciated.

Seamus,
Yes, that twood be a problem, particularly if they needed them at the same time. Perhaps there's a way to profit from this delay. Would you be up for catering any planned events in the pub?
Also with the rights to all projected events you may want to consider offering them 50% off the first additional event they purchase.
That reminds me, we've worked out forms for purchasing and renting the viewers but nothing for which events would be offered up for show beyond the one included at purchase or currently uploaded for rental.

Hannah, Too right, lass. Well then, seems like 'tis more to do than hours in the day. 'Twood be a fine thing if we had events here, especially as we are building the business.
Aye, the discount seems fair and proper, though it will be taken from our profits alone as Q.U.A.C.K.'s share of the profits is already negotiated.
As to forms, luv, do as you think best. 'Twill be trial and error as we learn by doing what's needed. Complete customer information's a must now, as we'll need it to offer future rentals, improvements, etc. All else arrange to your liking, lass!

I'm sure he'll be back on track in no time- they've been having a rough time of it at Spinner's End, as I'm sure you know.
Is this going to push back other orders? Or do you think we'll be OK?
