There isn't anything like getting back to your roots. It is wonderful to stand there on stage, with a sold out auditorium, get the direct reactions and feel the atmosphere. It gives you a kick.

I have nothing against making films, but to be on stage in a play that you rehearse for weeks and perform evening after evening... It was what I went to school for, what I had counted on doing for a few years before trying for some roles in a tv series or a small role in a film.

I've been very fortunate, I have no regrets. I'm happy to be able just to do the small things. The success I've had has only helped me to find a ground for more explorations.
