Dear Pippin,
I have to congratulate you on the birth of your new daughter Melilot. Children are so precious. May the Sun shine upon you.
I also need to send my thanks to you for sending me the coffee beans. You do remember that I liked them and we have not any here. Even if we have come far with the restoration of the land, we have not gotten it any where near to what we wish. We do know that we will get there.
Have you been up to any mischief lately?
I would guess so as you are so good at it. But each time it also brings a smile to us and it would not be you otherwise.
