Nice story, like the relationship between Russia and America here.

About your notes, Russia and the Red Army loathed the American tanks (which sucked for the Russian climate) and were all "send us some useful stuff instead, like more trucks". I think that the war was considered won long before the Elbe River, the leaders were already beginning to consider the spoils and that's why Russia's army was in such a hurry towards Berlin.

Thanks, glad you liked it!

I remember reading something about the quality of tanks now that you mention it. I will probably go back and maybe mention the tanks then. Maybe my FUBAR term book can help out.

I'm pretty interested in the Eastern Front, I can probably look up some references for that if you like.

I love this! The way they say more with gestures rather than words seems very like them, the subtlety of their feelings is just so sweet! It also seems very them, since I don't imagine their situation leaves much room for obvious professions of emotion.

Beautiful! This was wonderfully fluffy. ♥

You know, it's one thing to finish a project and get a nice review, but it's another to get an incredible review from a writer whose fics Iove to read and whom I respect.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it! This was sort of a challenge, as I did let their actions speak for them, so I'm glad that it came through. To me, a lot of their relationship has always been about actions. Talking doesn't seem to get them very far at times, does it?
