Unicorn n I are officially home owners let the insanity begin. Spent all night after the closing stressing about budgeting and all this weekend painting and working on stuff around the new house. Its a nice townhouse about 20 minutes from my job and we loves it we do. I can't wait to move in next weekend anyone wants to help you'd be more than

What - you're all grown up! That's crazy - although congratulations! I'm very happy for you and if I was in the area I would definatly come help you move.

I cannot help you move, but.... would you be interested in a lovely plaid couch that's a full size sleeper sofa? Or a spare room queen size matress and boxspring? I've got 'em in storage and will not be making use of them in the forsee-able future. I just don't want them to rot away after fighting for them. ;-)
