Injustice!

So it's Halloween and I've been told one is supposed to dress up as something scary. The thing is, though, people don't seem to take me very seriously when I try to look scary, and I don't understand why this is. Even Daddy laughed and gave me a hug when I tried out my vampire impression, all dressed up! I hissed and bared my teeth and everything! This is not very just. I like hugs, but it's just not in the spirit of the current season, and one must observe such things.

. . . Maybe I need another idea. Does anyone have any ideas of how I could look properly scary? No, I'm *not* inviting anybody to turn me into anything. >.>
