*Rock looks a little bit--no, alot--depressed. He flexes his gloved hands in front of him, playing with the air. He has just discovered what a hacker can do in the Nexus, it seems.*
Anyone need cheering up? I can help you out. Don't worry, it's perfectly harmless. I can just...help you be happy for a while.
((Nexus LOL alert! Rock's in a depressed mood and he wants to make other people feel better to cheer him up. However, he's not in full control of his hacking abilities at the moment. If your character accepts his mood altering offer, then post here OOC and tell me whether you want it to a) succeed, b) backfire, or c)go overboard. If it succeeds, the character will have their average emotional level in that state. If it backfires, tell me which emotion you want them to feel and they will have that one at the normal level that character would. If it goes overboard, tell me whether you want it to go forward (i.e., incredibly, uncharacteristically bouncy if they chose happy), or backwards (backfire to depression and have them go incredibly angsty, morose, and assured everyone hates them).
They can feel the emotion they are afflicted with and anything related (eg, if happiness, they can also feel joy, happy surprise, anything pleasurable), but no others. (So even though compassion is a positive emotion, if they are solely happy then they cannot feel it.) The mun is not responsible for any bad responses the character gets due to however inappropriately they act, such as laughing with joy in a bad situation. It does not wear off gradually, simply vanishes when it is up. The effects last 48 hours to a week at the afflicted character's mun's discretion.))
