Because everyone else on the planet is also trying to get to wikileaks. The publicity is overloading their server.

None of those above links work for me... I've been trying to access it too. I heard on the radio that anyone caught distributing the list could face jail time if caught :S bastards.

yeah, it was mostly a tongue in cheek post.. its all been locked down. Love the government that distracts with the shiny "here's some money" with one hand, whilst taking away your freedom with the other.
