I'm going to apply to the Art Institute of Philadelphia's culinary arts program.

Thoughts?

My primary thought is that a culinary arts program could legitimately have a dumpling for a mascot. And I kinda hope they do. Go CGNU!

I think AIiPhi actually has some kind of abstract mascot, courtesy of the Fine Art kids. I've been looking for a picture but I can't find one. I think that might be the joke.

But for reals though, what do you think?

I think that being a chef in a restaurant is a really demanding lifestyle but that if you are passionate about it, it will be great. You already got skillz, so I think you'll excel, but because I love you, I just want to remind you that it's a crazy, hard, bonkers life. You could do catering or own your own bakery or something (which you'd be great at!) but not knowing just what you want to do, I say go for it if it makes you happy!

Since I don't know what I want to do, either, I'm just gonna roll with it.

My brother and I want to start a high-end bakery.
