Thanks for coming to my LJ - its the story of me! Although some entries are public, most are for 'friends', so in order to view my superfreaky inner world you must be a LiveJournal person and I have to add you to my 'friends'.

Hi, WhatFateAlmondRoca (BTW, in our house, Almond Rocas don't last long...yummy!!!) LOL. Anyway, I see you are planning to go to Shore Leave. I made a room reservation at the Courtyard Marriott nearby the con hotel. I want to make the con reservation but I want to check with Shippers and Samandans about how many days they are planning to stay before I plunk down money. I think that AT and Carmen will be there Saturday day and/or night? In which case, I will stay Friday and Saturday nights. Of course I want to see the talent but I 'm really excited to meet my GW friends in person. So, are you and your Samandan friends of the consensus that reservations for Friday and Saturday are the best? Or, are most folks getting the 3-day reservation? Hey, thanks so much for writing! I got a room for Friday night and Saturday night. Just couldn't afford more...I think, though, that perhaps the photo ops will be on Sunday...I'm with you, I 'm excited to meet all the friends I've met online. I would never sign uup for a con if it weren't for the ability to meet all my wonderful friends in fandom.

Anyway, I hope that helps and I'm excited to meet you!
