awwwwwwww!! leaving a job totally sucks.....so like how do you move on from a place you're so attached to? well i got my boyfriend hired there so i had to go in all the time to pick him up after work. hahahaha. he is quitting soon i dunno what i will do!?
congrats on the rad job btw! that's pretty exciting.
How do you move on from a place you're so attatched to? And people you adore so much? ...a little time, I guess. And maybe a few more tears.
You just do it. You might shed a few more tears, especially as you adjust to the new job - there will be challenges that might make things harder. That said, you are the sort who rises to challenges well, and I think they will distract you from missing the old job anyway.
Make some plans with your Thrifties friends - go for tea, or for a night on the town. Afterall, it's not like you are on the other side of the planet! ;-)
i think that's one of the few reasons why I haven't left Aloyd yet. I'm having trouble bringing myself to. I hate it there right now. I hate working with Jarrett. I don't like the idea of sales, regardless that that's what i'm trying to get in to. I'm only trying to get in to that so as to get out of deliveries. I should get out of it, i should move on to something else, something better. I'm just having such a hard time bringing myself to do that.
I think it's definitely time i start looking for a new job though. Just don't look forward to my last day(s) there.
I'm sure you'll adjust though. I'm sure you'll go back to visit people and have fun with it. It won't make you sad for very long. you're a strong girl. You'll be fine. Was great to see you the other day. Need to go to timmy's with you SOON! hmm...or breakfast. Pantry?!
Eventho the job does suck alot of the time, really, it's the people you get to know and some even become close to there that really make it seem worth it. My dept is like that. We're all like a family unit there so whenever someone leaves, it's dis-heartening. Kinda like the whole Chris thing. He's really bummed about people he's close to leaving and quite frankly, so are the rest of it.

But that's life tho, nothing's ever constant.
