Got clocked going 69 in a 55, got pulled over, and left with a warning. Score.

So that leaves my speeding based pullovers with the following record:
2 x +15 mph @ warning
1 x +20 mph @ warning
1 x +20 mph @ ticket

I told you back when he broke up with you that you should never expect to see that money again. Some people are irresponsible, those people tend to be bad with money, those people tend not to pay back loans. I think Keith fits all of those categories. Anywhoo, Keith has wronged you, in more ways than one, you really should just forget about him.

Absolutely a dick.

Keith and Rin become romantically involved.
Smooth sailing.
Keith stops paying attention to Rin.Rin is sad.
Keith breaks up with Rin. Rin is sad.
Rin goes out with Jason.
Keith wants Rin back, Keith keeps paying attention to Rin waiting for her and Jason to go south.
One week before Jason and Rin go south, Keith stops calling Rin.
Jason and Rin break up, and no sign of Keith.
Rin calls Keith an oodle of times, no reply.
Rin finds out a few weeks later that Keith got a girlfriend.
In conclusion: Keith was ONLY hanging around Rin to try and go out with her, as soon as he lost romantic interest in her, he lost ALL interest. Therefore, Keith is a shit head.
