Batman Guilt? (Dark Knight Spoilers)
Batman need not feel any guilt for the death of Rachael. Here's why: He already saved her life that she almost lost before Batman ever appeared. Falcony sent some men to kill her for her bravery, so Batman extended her life, not got her killed. Course he still would, but the point is once one saves someone's life, it seems kinda odd to then fault them for getting that someone killed.
