You've waited a long long time for it so its no wonder.

when exactly is it taking place anyway? does it mean that you'll be in crutches for some time?

op's on 7 June. will be on crutches for a short while, but will take 1-2 months before i'm walking without pain. 6 months before i can resume sports.

so exciting... ;-P

My seminar-mate has had reconstructive ACL surgery.
His advice for you is that the pain will get better after the first month!

Thanks. We actually have a couple of Navy people who just did their ACL/PCL as well, so I'm getting plenty of advice.
