Keep icing, take your painkillers... and though it hurts, don't stop with the exercises your physiotherapist asked you to do daily.... at the very least, bend and extend. You need to regain range of movement.
thanks man... i've been icing every two hours (inspired by Michael Jordan in his playing days while injured), taking my painkillers like clockwork, and doing all the exercises.
but can't help but feel lots of pain everytime i stand up. grrr...
