My Otakon Report Iz Pastede On, Yay!

I'm back from Otakon, and I had a blast. It was my first Otakon where I cosplayed for the entire con (Allen Walker for most of it, Sancia d'Aragon from Cantarella for Saturday afternoon). I had a great set of roommates, and we had a great hotel - the new Hilton is super-convenient, it's connected directly to the con by a walkway. No more walking

The buttscratcher thing annoyed the piss out of me.

Someone looked right at me on the escalator and said "Buttscratcher!" and I was like "o.O Whaaaaat?" and he had to explain to me that I was supposed to say it back.

Even once it was explained to me where it came from, I found it obnoxious. But cons are kinda breeding grounds for that sort of thing, so I just kvetched quietly.

What other cons do you guys normally go to, though? I don't think we actually have any cons in common o.O

I only go to Anime North and Otakon, unfortunately, simply because I live so far away. T___T Hopefully I'll be living closer in a couple of years though. Next year is probably a no go for cons, but there is the possibility for Naka Con.
