Hah! I remember when that car pile happened. That's when I was living downtown, we got to see the aftermath of that up close. It gave me a laugh.

Heh heh, well, the costume is a rental, and I've never worn it at a con, just for a parade in my area, so there was someone else in there when you got a picture of it. It may have even been a guy, since I've seen men wearing that costume before ^_^ I guess that costume really gets around (the strong sweaty smell inside the head surely attests to that :P)

That video about the ice is kinda scary if you think about how many people could have been hurt, but at the same time it's like "dude if you can't drive in it don't go outside!"

Currently we're having patches of Ice here in North Texas...but people here are a bit more used to the freezeing ground thing, so I hope my expedition out today is a safe one.

Keep warm btw, and I love the pictures you took of those cats, they're all adorable :3

Heh, here in Australia we don't get snow......except in the Victorian and New South Wales mountain ranges, but there are still some snow seasons that ski resorts have to put down artificial snow!!!
I myself have never seen real snow! Even flying to and from England over Asia, Himalayas, French Alps even, but they're overnight flights so you can't see anything!!!
I'll go to the snow one day!!

Sounds like you've had a busy year! I'd like to have a busy year for once! lol...my life is so boring...hahahahah!

Awww, the picture with Leopold looked over the window is just so adorable. &hearts The cat looks like he's the victim there. ;p And it's really nice that he got new twin friends to hang out with. ^_^

I've always wondered whether it is possible to get a higher kotatsu, with higher/longer table legs?.. I'm not good at long kneeling, but if the legs would be high enough to squeeze ten two and more cushions under me, it would be so much nicer...
