Mayama has ended up working with the Fujiwara Design that he just quit. Visiting the office for a business meeting, he runs into Yamada. Before he knows it, he learns that Yamada has been working with Nomiya. Mayama worries about the two's relationship and past dealings. He wants his feelings to get closer to Rika, but he also can't ignore that things are up in the air with Yamada. Viewing the cherry blossoms, unable to let pass that pathetic Mayama's attitude, Yamada blurts out unexpected words to Nomiya.
