the bill passed by the democratic house and senate is expected to reach president bush's desk on May 1st. bush will no doubt veto the bill that contains 124 billion dollars in supplemental war funds (that the army is in "dire need of") because of the 10/01/07 withdrawl start date that was laid out by the house and senate
