You forgot to include the 600,000 Iraqi civilian deaths. That skews the numbers just a bit.

Yes, the 600,000 are across all of Iraq, but the majority are in Bagdhad.

You're comparing the death of military personel against the deaths of civilians. If you'd like to compare military deaths to military deaths, then Washington DC probably has close to zero for the last 22 months. If we're going to evaluate civilian deaths, then we have to include the Iraqis.
