Ah, raw food diet, one of the lesser crazes of modern string of diets. Okay, it is a good diet, I will give it that.

On the other hand, if someone does not fully understand the diet and how it works, it can be quite dangerous (the same for atkins).

Raw food diet consists solely of raw food, meaning nothing is cooked. Bread is excluded in this diet--you can tell me if that's good or not.

Secondly, I would recommend you to add the diet to your daily foods, not limiting yourself to that diet alone. It is okay to cook food, seriously. Broccoli must be cooked in order for your body to digest all the nutrients. Also, tomatoes give more nutrients if you cook it.

Raw foods are healthy but do not make it your only source of food. It defeats the health factor of the diet.
