Adonde fuiste en Espana?

Er, which city(ies) did ya visit? I've only been to Barcelona but wasn't impressed with the food (except for the white sangria). Hear Madrid's food is a lot better.

the food was not that good. agreed. heh. I ate mostly salad and cheese. heh.
I've been to Madrid and Seville and completely different cities. Barcelona is more cosmopolitan.
I went to Bilbao also. I had to go to the Guggenheim.. and some smaller towns i dont remember the names of. The food in Madrid is.. MUCH better. But there were occasions where I had decent food in Barcelona and Bilbao. Rare though.
How did you like Barcelona?

I mostly stayed at the beach while in Barcelona. Got the sunburn of my life (and still have the tan lines, almost 2 years later). I enjoyed taking walks through outskirt neighborhoods and seeing the Picasso museum. Other than that, I was all about sangria de cava. SOOOO good. The Catalonian accent was a bit difficult to understand but I got by..."Barthelona" and "muchaths grathiaths"...lispville. Castillian accent I can understand just fine, tho.

Well they add some french in Catalan so I could get by with my bad mix of french, spanish, and english.. though pretty quickly had to pick up as much Spanish as i could.
And it was difficult to come back and adjust to english again. Took me several days.
It was too cold for me to spend any time thinking hard on ruining my transparent skin with the sun.. which actually was something I wanted to do hehe. But I got to play around most of the "bad" parts of town every night.. im talking too much.
