i got to hang out with laura mail today!! and it made me happy. we went to lunch at panera, then ice cream at marble slab, then tea at the mail house. it was super cute. we just talked for 3 1/2 hours, which was absolutely wonderful. i love amazing friends and good times and gossip and such. awww

Perhaps try to get her to see movies, read books, or hang out with people you think might have a good influence on her?

yeah, i'd thought about that. any suggestions of books or movies?? or people? the people i admire the most are MY friends (and family, of course). but my friends are at college during the year, and les hates hanging out with family. for the next week, i'm just going to try and make her feel loved, and let her know that she can hang out with me whenever she'd like.
