My latest effort in the "Trying to Get Myself Kicked Out of the Army" campaign: order this shirt

Apparently I just saved my Lieutenant from giving a boring Targeting Briefing by changing the slide for our target house's physical description to read 'house-ish; has at least one door, maybe more; may possibly contain windows; known aliases - The Place; religion - Eastern Orthodox Baroque.' I'm awesome.

Why in heaven's name
would you set your alarm for
three in the morning?

We're on our way back out into the field for two weeks straight again. We had some downtime so I'm laying on top of the 577 in which we were traveling because it's cooler up here than inside this tin can. I took a picture. It's on my flickr.

A solipsist should always be able to pass a lie detector test. They should have enough disbelief in their own perception of reality to provide a consistent baseline.

As many of you may already know, I didn't actually die in Baghdad and am in fact alive and very well back at Fort Hood. I've simply been busy dining at your capitalist American restaurants and buying overpriced, watered down drinks at your flashy, extravagant bars and nightclubs while the rest of the world lives in squalor.
