Tonight, I spent an hour making fried rice. I washed and cut up a bunch of vegetables, fried them up, added my rice, cooked that for a while, and fried up some soy-sauce tofu at the same time. What are modified mild ingredients anyways?

You know what's almost as bad? Reading the ingredients on something, and just having to trust that the long list of chemial-sounding names are veggie safe. It's hard to love the processed food, sometimes. (But I still love it.)
