As I spend my last work day of the week finishing up things such as itinerary print outs and outgoing messages for "where to call when you can't reach me" situations, I find myself somewhat ready for the race tomorrow

Your wellness training is one of the many reasons why I'm doing this. Although, I have many inspirations, yours (the military fitness videos) is definately one of them and I thank you for that.
