LJ, which is owned by a Russian company downsized its office in San Francisco cutting loose twelve or so of it's small work force and lots of people were freaking out like it was the end of LJ. Between the recent server crashes and the overall economy I suppose it's only fair to have a contingency plan. I'm not concerned, but in light of everyone advertising their alternative blog sites I figured I'd throw mine up too. Mind you, I don't use that blog and it's for commenting purposes only, but I would use it if LJ went bye-bye.
