Ya, I am afraid to actually make a count of how much time I have been wasting. hmmm, perhaps I should also limit myself to an hour a day. Ya, I also got really into it during the election, but why do I feel the need to convince anybody of anything now? Ya, I need to move on, do more work, ect...
Great, just when I friend you and start reading your posts, you go on the wagon!
Ahh, I should join LJ-Addicts anonymous too. It's my main source of distraction from getting actual income producing work done.
Alas, it's time for me to cut down my time as well. Obsessive reading about the economy and politics is depressing and exhausting me. What will be will be. My reading about it obsessively won't change it. A periodic check in will do.
Thanks for being a trendsetter. Enjoy your real life!
Ironically, there is a good chance that I will post more (once I get caught up on other things). This post was more of a warning that I may not be getting back to my friend's posts as often and that I would be abandoning communities (for the most part).
Unfortunately I can't pull myself away from excessive economics reading. We just entered a depression, both Cohen and Posner are on board now. Things aren't looking good at all.
