you know, in all honesty, i actually am beginning to enjoy it over at DLSU.
forgive me for sounding like quite the idealistic freshman, but that's what i am for the moment.
i like my blockmates, and i like the friends i see around in school a lot. there aren't a whole lot of povedans, and that's good.
but then again, there are some familiar faces i wish i saw more.. unfortunately for them, they study at ateneo, and fortunately for some of the others, they're at UP. haha.
the commuting part is somewhat hassling, though. everyday i wake up at 6am (just like high school) and get to the station at 7, and begin my daily journey to taft. every morning and afternoon i am thrust into the fray of sweaty bodies that need to use the mass transit system just like me, and i'm getting used to it. there was this one time a girl had a really BAD case of jabar on the LRT, though. yuck.
the breaks are fun, though.
there's nothing quite like a few cigarettes, good sisig and rice at the green place and good company to while away the idyllic (i say idyllic now, because eventually my breaks will soon be spent studying), two hours.
even if DLSU lacks a good isawan, the sisig at green place more than makes up for their lack of laman-loob barbecue.
yes.
i just wish that RelsOne was a more interesting class. as far as i'm concerned, it's just sleep time for everybody. ack.
must learn to be interested in ALL my classes, even if some of the teachers are boring as fuckall.
i kind of forget that this isn't high school anymore. *sigh*
i realize that nothing really changes much from that setting.
yay.
