does raw key lime pie mean key lime pie with raw eggs? my grandma used to make that (she's from homestead) but I never got to try it cause now she's stopped making it. We should try making it sometime because I am young and reckless enough not to care about raw eggs. I bet I could get the original egg recipe.

by 'raw' she means 'raw vegan' so no animal products (eggs) and no cooking! i am young and reckless too, so i think we should. also, rhubarb pie?

ohhh my freshman roommate was a raw vegan at one point. but that didn't last too long. She went home for break and went back to her plain-old-cooked-vegan-food ways.

whoa. i don't know how someone could be a healthy raw vegan at school, in dorms. you need to be able to focus so much time on your food - getting it, preparing it, eating it - you definately can't make do at the ratty. maybe i'll go raw again this summer, if i get the chance, but it's so much easier in miami.
