As I promised, a picture spam of the pictures I took while I went sailing. It was amazing. The sun was shining, but the wind was strong so you weren't hot, but when the waves crashed onto the wooden deck under your bare feet and you were wet, you weren't really cold either and you just wanted to laugh and laugh and laugh ( Read more... )

Thank you! :D The ship with the trombone guy sailed alongside us for quite a while and just played music for us. :D I think there were bagpipes and quite a number of other instruments on board.

OMG THIS LOOKS STRAIGHT OUT OF A PIRATE/VIKING MOVIE HOLY SHIT IT'S EPIC.
Even though i have a big fear of the sea and water cuz you know i don't know how to swim stupidly but this just looks amazing! love all the pictures. I really think i could do this for a living, it would be glorious. So happy you enjoyed it! :D

I need a boat like that one in my life ♥_♥ I would spend my holidays sailing if I could, and if sailor!boyfriend wouldn't kill me for it lol military ships aren't as pretty as these!

Oh man, to own my own sail boat is like a life goal to me or something. :D It would be just so amazing. And I agree completely about military ships, I think it has a lot to do with them mostly being so big and out of metal. Metal just doesn't scream wonderful and homey and relaxing.
