I had to coax my dad into letting me convert his ( Read more... )

Korek ka diyan, mare! I didn't have time to bake, so I asked one of the girls to buy a dozen different Bizu cakes (instant photogenicissima!). Next time, baka we can order from you - I'm sure they'll taste and look better! I gave your name to one of our suppliers nga pala who's a dessert freak. He orders a lot of cakes (and serves them to clients) from the most hidden nooks and crannies of manila (as in!). I think he knows your Tim. :-)

Naku naman how would you have time to bake with all that cooking and decorating?! Diva! Ako=zero sa decorating.

Wow :) I'm making up my new list, as you know I'm in the middle of closing business chuva but I'll let you know asap once I get everything all fixed :) I'm so flattered ha!

Hmm now I'm curious. Someone told me about someone who loves desserts (and he's a guy too) but I was never told his name. If he knows my Tim... production guy? :)

Yup - Louie A. - production guy. We had a 3-day shoot last weekend, and got to taste at least 10 kinds of cake! Among which were: strawberry cream cake, marshmallow cake, choco-caramel fudge cake, banana cream cake, sans rival, prune cake, caramel cake, blueberry cheesecake, etc. Grabe siya. To think I didn't show up on the third day, and still got to taste all those things - each from a different source (mostly from home business types). As in, forget about Estrell's, Becky's, Bizu, and those desperate housewives from San Lorenzo village --- we're talking Sto. Domingo, Pateros, and Forbes Park here. Ganoon siya ka-cake-whore! :) He also brought boxes of eclairs (which reminded me of you) and these nutty bars called 'yummies' but i didn't have the energy to try them na.
