So, I guess this band was big in the 90's with the Pearl Jam crowd Well, they've changed I've been listening to their most recent album and really digging it This is easily my favorite song from it...
"where's my girl? where's my car? where's my record deal that makes me a star? where's my spirit? ."rcroakyNovember 13 2008, 02:27:35 UTC
I'm sur-prised. No judgment, just surprised. There's a guy in here listening to really lame hip-hop on his headphones, but I get to still hear it. "I got it fo' the low. I got it fo' the low. I got it fo' the low" again and again over and over. Rap/hip hop REALLY needs to remake itself again and leave the tough-guy, semi-gangsta, bragging about property and bitches and rape, and n-wording all over the place ( a little's okay-- but every other word?...). It's gotten boring, boring, boring. Except for Outkast, Mos Def, N.E.R.D. and a few others...
