Hahahaha, what the hell? do business owners get immunity if someone slips on ANYTHING on the floors in their busnisses? umm, no. grape juice, pee, spit up, breast milk... it's all stuff they should be cleaning up if it's gracing their floors. Sounds like Rep. Bill Seitz is having a little tissy fit tantrum.

well you know what this whole thing means, though... breastfeeding women will be shake-shakin' their funbags all over the city! unsuspecting passers-by will be showered in waves of breastmilk. riots will ensue. the economy will collapse and human civilization as we know it may perish. the government just cant trust those wild bf'ing mommas!
