Well, sad news today folks. We just found out that "Christiania" district is getting shut down after 32 years of existance. I guess this upcoming weekend the Danish Politicians are sending in a force of 1,000 riot police to occupy the district that contains Pusher Street. Well, it finally hit me this weekend, that I don't wanna leave Copenhagen! I'm already sad that I have to leave in 3 months. Wish I coulda stayed here for the summer as well. Well for Valentines day night 5 of us Americans, 1 Native American (spokane ndn), and 2 Danish peeps went to go check out "Pusher Street" down in the Christiania distict. Yes Technicaly you can smoke weed and other drugs here but only at this one place called "Christianshavn". Real quickly, it was an old neigborhood district in Copenhagen that the city condemned and shut down 20 years ago. Then A "Youth ( Read more... )

Well, its Saturday evening in Denmark, and I think I finally got everything figured out. Classes begin on Monday so I'm hoping my jet lag dissapears soon. Only dissapointment so far it that there is no athletic clubs here with full court basketball courts like 24 hour fitness in the states. Well, this week has been a blast on Manhattan Island. There is so much to see. Today, we hopped on a 4 hour bus ride to Boston. The accents reminded me of Gremlinkins relative Harry.
