So...Staten Island was hell. I mean it. Hell. And I'm through with it. Freeport called me yesterday (the good part of freeport) and asked me to come in for an interview. So I did. And was once again, hired on the spot. I'm getting a better vibe in that school, and I hope it is better than Staten Island. Then again, ANYTHING would be better ( Read more... )

Hey, you tried it out and it didn't work. Not much more you can ask of yourself, and considering it was an impossible sitch as you described it, it's probably for the best that you got out when you could.

(The plus side is now you can roll out of bed and be at work each morning with enough time to watch the Today Show :) )

*Ahem* New room? The only room I know in that house that might be new has unfinished wood floors, pieces of desk all over, and no furniture....*grin*

YOu need to find Greg a sainthood or something...just for getting you out of the house and away from the witch (hope you don't mind me calling her that, yell at me if you don't) he deserves canonization. And yes, living with parents IS horrible most of the time....wait...all of the time...yup, all of the time...
