omg I am undeserving of this ;~; I was unsure what I wanted to do with Heeyoung but I wanted it to be this grand spectacle of her death "she says her whole life has been a bore and that her death would be talked about for months" idk I tried to make her eccentric
I wasn't even sure what I was writing. I've never written something like this before. thank you so much for reading!!! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
This story... wow. I can't believe it took me so long to actually start reading it. At first I wasn't sure where this was going but.... I guess it was refreshing? I don't usually get to read a story inside another story hahaha, but both stories were great! Now I'm only sad Kyungsoo dies at the end :< but oh well~
thank you so much for reading! stories inside stories are really confusing I figured if the guy who wrote 1001 Arabian Nights could do it (it's a story a woman who tells the king a series of stories that have the characters telling the story and those characters also have a story I'm serious) then I could my brain hurts mit vielen Dank!
i adore kyungsoo and shit i am completely floored by this! Its 4 am so im sorry if this doesnt make much sense. The story line between hee young and the man was so wonderfully sad, and i cried a lil bit when he pulled her off the cross, deciding that they would live their lives. I cant for the life of me understand why his father sort of rejected his book? Maybe if i reread it or something,
there wasnt much dialogue here and a lot of setting and usually i hate that, but here it really worked. I dont know what to make of the the park ranger he hallucinated or the 5 dead people and ryohei haunting him but agggh scared me shitless.
i knew he would die from the moment i began reading but it hit me like a ton of bricks by the last sentence. ;_;
your writing is so beautiful and i could practically feel kyungsoo,s loneliness and isolation swallowing me up.
also this is the longest comment ive left ever on someone,s fic i usually like to keep it short and sweet but-!
Thank you for reading! I read accounts from Japanese park rangers they would see yurei, which are these spirits from an unsolved death. It wouldn't be right to leave the ghosts out because that's one of the reasons why aokigahara is so famous. Writing dialogue hurts to write I stink at it
hi, i saw the trigger warnings, and i saw a few glimpses of unwanted words while scrolling down to find the link to the last page and gauge reactions before reading (and damnit i saw the ending. fdjaskdlfsdjafl)
but yeah, i just want to ask how gory it is going to be, not quite sure if i can handle it if there are depictions of intestines falling out or something. :x
sorry i'm already asking questions before reading. > <. not familiar with Aokigahara but i'm assuming it's this really huge forest where everyone get lost and get depressed and suicide? or is this supernatural?
ah Aokigahara is the second most popular place for people to commit suicide, so if you were to actually go there now you might see human remains (but park officials are adamant on clearing the bodies away, but it's such a huge forest so they haven't gotten every body out) it's all real, and it's haunted (you'll see ghosts in this too)
uh, there is a scene where five people die of gunshot wounds and one is from a point-blank shotgun wound to the head, so the person's face is blown off. it's as descriptive as I can go. there's also a scene where a girl is getting crucified while she is conscious, and that's it
I didn't think Kyungsoo was going to make it...so when he was found by the rangers, went back to the travel house, and made it back to Korea I was SO HAPPY...and the ending of the book was about living
