Thank you, secret santa! :-D I was grinning though the whole story! I was especially amused by what Ryuuki thought of Ryuuren's music and the idea of Shuurei making Ryuuren scrub the floor. And the mention of the dragon! I was sort of imagining Ryuuren meeting a dragon in this type of AU although I ended up not including that in the prompt.

You write Ryuuren very well -- I find that out of all the Saiun characters it's hardest to do him justice. I loved how you had Ryuuren misinterpreting Ryuuki's reaction to his 'magic' flute. Adorable.
