Tegan is a character that I have to say I didn't really like at first, but she really grew on me. Once I started thinking about her being left behind by the Doctor and then returning to the TARDIS later on, only to leave of her own accord after battling the Daleks, I realized she had a very unique story. I need to check out more of their music. The only songs of theirs I know are the ones used in Gunslinger Girl.

that's where I discovered them, Gunslinger Girl. I started to read the manga first and found out there was an anime. I fell in love with the opening theme after three bars.

If I can remember, I'll upload the CD that song is on, along with "I Fought the Angels" and "Everything Goes Around the Water" (which is my second favorite song) and leave a link here.

Gunslinger Girl is truly an accomplishment of stylish anime. Beautiful, haunting, and heartbreaking. The Delgados song fits the mood beautifully. And now I see Tegan in that song, too.

U2's Walk On? I've been wanting to make a vid for Tegan to that song for the longest time. Me and my unabashedly Five/Tegan self loves the first spoken bit : And love is not the easy thing/The only baggage that you can bring/Love is not the easy thing/ The only baggage you can bring/Is all that you can't leave behind...)
